Second Homes & Plots
Weekend retreats, gated community plots, farmhouses — second home buying carries its own unique advisory needs. Our 2% brokerage reflects that depth of guidance.
Land & Dev. Plots
Land transactions involve deeper due-diligence, zoning expertise, and negotiation complexity. Our fee reflects this — structured upfront and agreed before any work begins.
Rental & Leave & License Brokerage
One simple rate — based on how long the agreement runs. No complicated slabs, no hidden clauses.

For leave & license agreements not exceeding twelve months — residential or commercial — our brokerage is equivalent to one month's rent.
